The Oyster gets a delivery

I have had a very busy week preparing lots of lovely new stock for the Oyster gift shop at the Spring Arts and Heritage Centre in Havant. I’m really excited to be selling my work in such a lovely little shop and in such a vibrant, community based venue. If you haven’t ever been to the Spring its well worth a visit (plus on the road leading up to it is a wool shop and a textiles supply shop!). It has something for everyone, theatre, film, art, music of all kinds, regularly changing exhibitions, comedy, workshops, the list goes on. Check out their calendar of events here.

Here are a few things that I have made recently to go in their shop.

What can i say, gorgeous as usual George.
The jersey monsters are so super soft, I’ll be surprised if they are on the shelves for very long.

George you have made some gorgeous things yet again and I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t want to own one of them. The aprons are so well made and you’ve paid great attention to detail which is evident the minute you set eyes on them. I don’t think that they will be in the Oyster shop long enough to gather any dust!
Have you considered having ‘at home parties’? Might be an idea for Christmas. I’m thinking along the lines of the ‘hostess’ recieving a discount depending on sales. It’s a thought.

Love Nikki xx BIG fan of GG’s work.

Absolutely gorgeous. Good luck with the new outlet. I’m also coveting those drawers!
