Keep your tea cosy

One of the things that I love about teaching workshops is when people look at something with fresh perspective and come up with new ideas that I would never have thought of. This workshop was no exception, Kate chose two fabrics that I would never have thought of using together and made a beautiful quilted tea cosy. She brought along her teapot and we made a cosy especially to fit.

A very funky lining!

As always a big thank you to Nicky at Like a Teatray in the Sky for letting me use such a perfect venue.

ooh i love those fabrics! Really cool, where did you get them from?

    • The one with the ladies was from Fabric Rehab and the lining was from the Eternal Maker. I’ve made mini monsters from the blue one, they look really cute!
