Handmade Studios

I walked to the train station in the bright sunshine this morning with a bag full of toys and other crafty bits and hopped on a train to Rowlands Castle. I visited this bustling little village to meet Linda Kirkbride who runs Handmade Studios. Linda owns this lovely shop, which is filled with beautiful handmade gifts and homewares, with a particular emphasis on textiles. I had a great time spotting the work of some of the lovely people I follow on Twitter, including Lemons for Lemonade, Modflowers and Sew Ray Me. There are plans afoot to run workshops and groups from this lovely venue, so watch this space!

Lovely to finally see what’s on sale at Handmade Studios! I’ve been hoping for pictures since I sent off my stock items, so that I can blog about the shop. It’s great that you actually managed to pay a visit!

  2. Ditto – it’s lovely to see what is in stock and to spot my doorstops 🙂
